We’re well into spring here in California but this shot of Mt. Baker was taken in the cold of winter with a pretty fresh breeze blowing. At times I had to steady my tripod and wait for a bit of let-up before taking a shot. It was the kind of day where gloves were needed. But have you ever tried shooting photos with gloves on? My hands just kept getting colder and colder. This shot of 10,780 foot high Mt. Baker was taken in the lowlands in the heart of rural, farming Whatcom County, Washington just a few miles from the Canadian border.
