Yes, it’s still fall so I thought I’d keep posting some other fall images. I like fall. It’s like an ending to the year. Everything changes in nature and falls away. A big exhale… And yet water levels usually rise. Like here. Whatcom creek spilling and churning. The verdant evergreens remaining stately, and even shining forth more noticeably as the leaves on the deciduous trees continue to shed. The ground turns wet and moist, ideal for the growth of mushrooms. The quiet of the trees, the roaring of the water. What a lovely season.
