We were hungry.  In Texas.  Now, what comes to mind?  Barbeque, of course.  At least for folks who don’t live in barbeque country.  I have no idea how Stubb’s compares to anything else, but it was fairly close and I’d had the sauce before.  The guy leaning against the building out front; the old sandy colored rockery and bare tree just oozed with southern character.  In fact, I enjoyed sitting at the bar with a few other characters while waiting for the food as much as anything.  The food was good, but its character and somewhat seedy ambiance, ahhhh…
